Q: How long will it take my item to ship?
A: Most of our products ship within 5 business days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Items may take as long as 7 business days to ship during high volume times like the holidays (it's just Adriaan doing all of the shipping, so when there is a lot going out all at once, like after a collection release, things can sometimes take a few extra days!) Thanks for your patience!
Q: I strive to make less waste - what kind of packaging are your items shipped in?
A: All of the packaging for our items is either recyclable, compostable, or both, and much of it is made from post-consumer recycled material. We never ship anything in plastic.
Q: What is the best closure method for the snack bags?
A: They are both fabulous! That's why we offer a choice! Really, it's just up to you and how you think you'll use your bags. Foldover is an awesome option because it has no extra elements (like snaps or hook and loop tape) making it the most minimal option that uses the least plastic. Our snap closures are great for anyone who needs a more accessible option! If you are curious about how the foldover method works just check out the "foldover how-to" story highlight on our Instagram. If you are using them for kiddos, make sure the option you choose is easy for them to open and close. Both will keep contents in the bag with equal effectiveness since the inner fabric layer on all bags goes right up to the inner edge of the flap. In the end, the style you choose is just a matter of what's best for you!
Q: Can you make custom items or sizes?
A: Absolutely! We are always open to making custom sizes or slight design variations of items we already offer. Just send us an email through the form on our "contact" page and we will work together to make something fabulous that fits your needs perfectly!
Q: How do I care for my new Beego items?
A: Whisper them sweet nothings and clutch them tenderly to your heart. Haha, just kidding. (I mean, go for it if you want to!) Easy care and durability are the cornerstones of what we make. All of our sewn items are machine washable and dry-able. We recommend you wash your new items before you use them. As often as you like, machine wash in cold or warm water, and machine dry on low or medium heat for the best results (and longest life of your goodies). Avoid anything super hot (like an iron or very hot food) coming in contact with the waterproof lining. In our house we have a laundry bin under the kitchen sink full of dishcloths, snack bags, cloth napkins, cleaning rags, and washable sponges that get washed all together about once a week. Couldn't be easier, just like we like it!
Q: Can I use my bags in the fridge/freezer?
A: We have not tested the bags extensively in these conditions, but you are always welcome to try and see what happens! Because the bags do not create a completely airtight seal, the are not meant for long terms storage, and some items may get stale or freezer burned. However, Alex has recently tried using wet bags to freeze bread and muffins and they have done splendidly! If you use our bags in these conditions, we would love to hear about it!
Q: Do you ship internationally? How much does it cost?
A: We sure do! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items you have in your cart. Simply fill out the shipping calculator tool in the first step of checkout to see what your costs will be. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to let us know!
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking info for your package.

A: We definitely do! We love wholesale and would be so excited to work with your awesome business.
